As a custom home builder, we design and build the style you want. You are not limited on your design choices. We build traditional farm and ranch homes, luxurious modern ranch lake homes, traditional barndominiums, custom barndominium hybrid homes, and offer homes with low maintenance options for the future. We meet with you at your property before design begins to review the best building site based on your preference, home location, home design and views. Our core business model is building on raw undeveloped land in rural areas on ranches, farms, and lakes. We understand what it takes to develop the entire site for your home: roads, water well, septic system, utilities, pad work, fencing, gates, sprinkler systems, etc.
We like to know how you want to live in your home so we know how to achieve what you want with your design. Do you want to sit on your front porch and watch to sunrise or would you rather your home face west to watch the sunset? Do you want your kitchen to be bright and sunny in the morning? Do you want to sit in your living room in the evening without seeing sun glare? Do you want to avoid carrying laundry baskets up and down stairs? We can include an upstairs and downstairs laundry rooms. We can locate laundry rooms adjacent to bathrooms or even in the bathroom. We also can incorporate as many smart features in your home that you want. The possibilities are endless when we design your custom home with you.

Rooted in faith and family, we live on the Lowrey Family Ranch which has been in our family for over 100 years. We are currently third and fourth generation custom home builders and are planning for our fifth generation to come on board in the next few years.
